The calculator

The calculator runs in your browser. The figures you enter are encoded in the page address so that you can share or bookmark an estimate; they are not sent to a server unless you submit a sourcing request. The exchange rate is fetched from the European Central Bank reference rate service (frankfurter.dev) and remembered in your browser for half a day.

Sourcing requests

When you send a sourcing request we receive your name, email address, phone number if you give one, your message, and the estimate inputs you were looking at. We use them to answer your request and, if you go ahead, to source the car. We also record the IP address and browser type of the request to prevent abuse. The data is stored on Amazon Web Services in Ireland and emailed to us and to you. We keep it while the request is open and for a period afterwards that the full notice will state; you can ask us to delete it at any time by replying to any of our emails.
